Welcome to the annual meeting of 2019 with the focus on materials and formulations at biointerfaces.
The program will be inclusive while reflecting surface and materials chemistry at the cutting edge. It will emphasize the scientific diversity of the field and balance contributions from academia, institutes and industry. Plenary speaker will be Prof. Joachim Räder from Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, Germany.
This is a joint meeting between the Division of surface and materials chemistry within the Swedish Chemical Society and Biofilms Research Center for Biointerfaces at Malmö University. The meeting is featuring the award ceremony of Nouryon Nordic Prize in surface and colloid chemistry. Nouryon, formerly known as AkzoNobel Specialty Chemicals, is sponsor of the meeting. In addition, NanoMedNorth is a partner of the meeting.
Considerable time will be allocated to poster presentation and we invite such contributions from both academia and industry. We especially encourage young scientists to submit abstracts.
